Frosted Zucchini Brownies with Walnuts
I first made these Frosted Zucchini Brownies that I found on Mommy I’m Hungry back in 2011/ 2012 when we were living in Philly. That was a long time ago, so I don’t remember exactly how I felt about them, but I must have enjoyed them well enough because I printed off the recipe and put it in the cookbook binder my Grandmom made me. These brownies are unlike your typical boxed brownies, but they are still ooey, gooey, and chocolatey! I don’t normally frost my brownies, but that really completes these tasty zucchini brownies!
